Apart-Hotel Stipe is a family-run guesthouse in Podstrana which provides spacious, air-conditioned accommodation with large balconies overlooking the white sandy beach.

Podstrana is a small tourist town only 7 km from Split and it offers Mediterranean ambience where the clear blue sea is just a few steps away from your door.

Travel information

The airport Split-Resnik resides in Kaštela, about 35 km from the
Villa Stipe. Villa Stipe offers in its arrangement an organised airport transfer from the airport to the hotel.

Split bus station, train station and ferry port are located in the centre of Split, 8 km from here. The bus from Split to Omiš goes from the centre of Split to our home. The ferry port is located in the centre of Split also.

By car:
- Exit the Zagreb-Split motorway at Dugopolje and follow signs to Split.
- 15 km before Split, follow the signs for Dubrovnik - road (D-8).
-Please use the largest hotel in Croatia - Le Meriden Lav - to find Apart-hotel Stipe easier. Le Meriden Lav is located on Grljevacka 2 and Apart-Hotel Stipe Grljevacka 3b.
- When you see the entrance of this hotel keep on driving for about 300/400 metres further south east on the same road.
- Stop on the bus station and across the road you will see a short steep slope to us. If you have any trouble finding the hotel please call us and we will help you. (if necessary pick you up and lead you to our hotel)
